If you wanted mainline DC retirement and mainline wages then you should have left for American when the rest of us did. You had the chance and refused to leave. Stop whining and take responsibility for your choices. You knew that it would come to this.

Good luck, it's absurd and always was with him at the helm. Thinks you should fly for free. I mean you're just pilots.

Doesn't much matter if you always planned to stay or are now stuck having missed the boat. The bigger issue is the assertion that MG will ever give pilots a decent contract. Why would he? Ya'll working for like half the pay of the majors right? And I know from anecdotal evidence that CFIs with no prior 121 are filling the classes. If bases are filled with TDY/VBD picking up every bit of open time at straight pay then the company wins every single day a contract isn't signed. So to answer the most obvious question for anyone looking at the situation "Does the company want a deal?" the answer is a resounding no. That means worthless negotiations that the Toonsters will gladly bill you for as they waste your dues chasing personal favors and kickbacks like they always do. Isn't that was AR was doin? And now you have the Toonsters National Airline Division threatening pilots with the usual thug tactics that make it completely unrealistic to ever bring in a real union (ALPA or otherwise). Not a single person can have an opinion that isn't what the union tells them without being attacked on their completely unprofessional FaceBook page or toxic WhatsApp forums. There will absolutely never ever be a strike after all the sh!t that the union has pulled. Blame AR, or blame the American Airline Captain, blame the mediator, blame MG, or blame GU who isn't even a pilot at G4, doesn't matter.
Short version, it's not too late to leave. You can still have a decent career at any other airline with an actual contract. My prediction is due to the stupid Hotel in the Swamp filling rooms at 30% there will be a bankruptcy. Stock is crashing, any deal made will be erased anyways, no retention bonus. Not sure on any airbus deals, but seems like you will most likely be an all Boeing Fleet. I feel so bad for my friends who are there that just wanted to be home every night. It was nice while it lasted.

Look, I don’t disagree with some of what you’re saying, but the Swampseeker will either turn around in a year or so or they’ll unload it. The “hotel guy” is long gone. And they’re definitely saving money by paying us like third tier regional pilots, but it’s costing them in the long run. Investors hate the labor situation, and until they resolve it there won’t be an influx rushing to pick up the stock. They’ll be forced to get a deal done eventually, it’s just a matter of when they decide enough is enough.

My theory is that airlines like us (smaller and underpaid) need to test the the RLA. We need to see if we can strike - if we can't, the RLA is useless (and quite possibly be the impetus for industry change).

With the sheer number of PRIA requests going through management has got to be concerned. Arguably it’ll be a contract negotiation like we have never seen before. Either management gives the pilot group a massive win or they hold out and nothing gets done. If nothing gets done pilots won’t come here and you’ll see the nations most profitable airline eat itself alive in a very short period of time. Just my guess though!

I love watching you idiots that are still blaming the company for not getting a contract done. Listen up you tin foil hat wearing tools. It's hard for you to understand because you're dumb. The union doesn't want you to have a new contract. Thats fact. New contract means loss of control of the pilot group. You literally had leadership lie to you for years and you still willingly believe the vomit they spew at you. It's comical and sad to watch. Until you get a professional union in place, you are, and will continue to be a great source of entertainment that we love pointing and laughing at. Long live the tin foils. You guys are funny.
