If the company is serious when they say they want to grow (and they should be serious about that if they want to appease shareholders) then they better get good a deal done for us. Otherwise, FOs (and some captains) will continually jump ship to greener pastures once Boeing gets its act together and hiring picks back up more (probably sometime next year) and they won't be able to keep anyone except those who have been here too long to start over on another seniority list.

Well we’re all about to find out what’s up pretty soon, with 13 negotiation sessions scheduled within about the next 30 days.

An idiot, a BSr, a fool that proped himself to a level that only he and a few truly believed in. The company knows what it will give to the pilot group that will benefit them and their plans. When Maury negotiated directly with that idiot (AR) he extended an olive branch to the pilots, in hopes to get Robles to grasp "The business model"; in hopes he would understand that in this business it takes some giving and taking. But Robles was so arrogant, that he missed the opportunity to find common ground and provide a win to the pilots while giving a win to the ********ng people that sign the checks.

Robles failed miserably. Has "leverage" been lost?, maybe, but only if the majority of the pilot group wants to bite the hand that feeds them. The MAJORITY OF THIS PILOT GROUP DEMANDS THESE THINGS...

1- INDUSTRY STANDARD PAY FOR A319/320
2- INDUSTRY STANDARD LTD
3- INDUSTRY STANDARD DC 401K
4- INDUSTRY LEADING SCOPE
5- INDUSTRY STANDARD MIN DAY GUARANTEE
6- INDUSTRY STANDARD DUTY RIG

KEEP ALLEGIANT WHAT MAKES ALLEGIANT. BUT COMPESATE YOUR PILOTS ACCORDINGLY!!!! You CANNOT FU*** PILOTS FOR FREE. Keep your business model, but don't think for one second that it will WON'T COST YOU. Wanna keep your business model? Pay up! Because without paying, it's straight up abuse!!!
I don't disagree with much of what you said.
However I do find it humorous when someone starts to talk about the company in regards to what they can and cannot do haha. Yes, they have all the leverage they need to keep doing whatever the hell the want. They can absolutely continue to FU** pilots for free (or at the current rate).
Here's what why:
- Classes are filled
- Hiring is shrinking at present time but even if/when it ramps back up they'll fill classes no problem
- Profits are still flowing just fine
- Attrition is dropped tremendosly.
- They don't care if it's "abuse" and apparently we don't either because... attrition is fine.

Nobody, hardly, with any seniority is jumping ship; not if they hung on here when leaving was a screaming great deal & they'd be Delta or United CA's now - but here they still are. Attrition is a dead deal - we're not going to force a deal because of that anymore.

Sooner or later the 737MAX and the Airbus with PW engines will resolve and hiring will resume in great force.

We don’t reach the peak of the retirement numbers for another 2-3 years, then the downward slope is 5 additional years of what we have been seeing.

Hey, so I justed wanted to jump on here to clarify/ask something about classes. I'm not with the company, but I interviewed and was offered a CJO with a July class date. I just got a call, and was told that is rescinded and im back in the hiring pool until further notice. The reason cited was Boeing aircraft delays. I have seen zero info online, on forums of talking to people about this. I doubt i'm the only one, but maybe i'm the first. What do you guys make of this?

We are not taking the number of airplanes that we were promised by Boeing. In fact, this will be the second year in a row we will miss growth targets.

We were supposed to take 10 in 2023 and 24 this year. Nothing has been delivered to date.

Correct. Hiring has been cut approx. in half.

Tom you still listening to Andrew? Don’t tell me you’re still living in clouds. The attrition is done. There is no leverage. Legacy retirements can peak and it won’t make a difference.

I agree with Charlie and ghost and the previous so posts, the company can do whatever they want. We are at their mercy. There is no unity or leadership. The person pulling the strings is the same one who negotiated this turd of a contract - what gives you any confidence in the teamsters?

No I hear ya, and I'm not gonna tell the company what they can or cannot do. Well, not entirely... I mean that's why we have a CBA and are trying to improve the current one. But at the end of the day, if we dont speak clearly, and negotiate, then we obviously can't complain later. Hope that makes sense.
