I'm curious if any laws were actually broken. I'm hoping the hearing on the 27th will shed some light. Clearly there was mismanagement, but did it rise to the level of a felony. If it did, I hope all are prosecuted. My other question is what about the rest of the eboard. Did AR do all of this in a vacuum?
I mean the last GMM that was conducted by the old guard, our secretary took a great deal of time to read the proposed amendments....almost amusing himself. You mocked those that took the time to hold you all accountable. Now it seems that no one knew what AR was up to. It's like how you can barely find anyone who voted for the old contract or the experience slate. 🤔

As far as the e-board approving his pay raise, all you need to know (because I do know; A LOT). Ridiculous expenditures and even his pay raise all had to be voted on by the E-board. I can tell you voting was 6 to 1 on many, maaaany occasions. So even the current e-board members that might think they're safe bc their "fingerprints" aren't on the money pot are safe from charges. Not having minutes by the recording secretary is a dereliction of duty (chargable by the IBT). The turstees not doing real work, and just signing off ARs expenses and not doing their damn duty and stopping him is??? You guessed it! dereliction of duty. Heads are going to roll, you can count on that. Not only should the IBT pursue the harshest punishment, but the MEMBERSHIP should demand it. They're all guilty for what was done to this pilot group.
Hell, one of the trustees during the election kept bragging, BRAGGING about their experience leve. Stating there was almost 100 years of accumulated experience in the "experience slate", and that was why they were the ONLY ONE capable for the job. Incompetence doesn't even get close to describing this group of individuals that "served" this pilot group.
If it wasn't for a very few individuals that stuck their neck outs to expose them, right now, this pilot group would be doomed.

He sounds like AR, a lot some times. But it's not AR. Although AR probably thinks he'll be reinstated and that he will be saved by the bell, no Tom is not AR. He was loyal to AR up to a certain extent, but he's also too proud to admit he was wrong; again, that's not a sin. Shameful, but not a sin.
