Go back and watch AR's latest videos, chat with a member of your Exco, we have abandoned "industry leading". We will absolutely get some aspects of our contract to be leading, others will be standard. If you think that all of the sudden we are the gold standard in 121 aviation, something is off. Seriously, go have a chat with any of the Exco or negotiating team, they will happily tell you that "leading" across the board will not happen.

Well you just made it extremely evident that your business and economic knowledge is bottom shelf, but that's fine! Allegiant is an extremely profitable airline by profit margin. Do you know what happens to that profit margin when you give us a contract like Delta's? It erodes into an unsustainable business model. I would LOVE to have the paycheck that Delta drivers have, but my expectations are realistic and long term. So if I wanted their pay, I wouldn't have turned in my double breasted jacket.

Because they’re senior & running out of time & just want to cut a deal now for higher hourly rates…who cares about the poor slobs who have to live & work under a substandard CBA.

And? What exactly is "very important information" here? Is it how underpaid we all are?

At what? The fact that I made a lot more money than AR when he works twice as hard as I do? that we literally started our local with almost no money and now have a sizable war chest? that we really get a pretty great deal a on mike urban for how much time he spends representing us?
Why isn’t AR making videos about the best arbitration win record in the industry? We file hundreds of GRIEVANCES each month to boost AR’s sick ego and then lose arbitration after arbitration. I don’t know how any one can have any trust in this union leadership and our culinary attorney. You think he’s giving us a bargain - I could go out there and lose every arbitration.
But keep drinking that kool aid and be happy that you pay industry leading union dues - higher than any other pilot union in North America. And for what? To file grievances and lose arbitrations. What kind of strategy is this?? How can you have trust in this leadership group and drink all this kool aid I seriously don’t get it?

Do you all in the c suite decline your multi million dollar bonuses for the profitability of the company? Of course you don't. You'll still make money...not as much but allegiant isn't getting away with cheap pilot labor any more. G4 already can't grow as we lose more than we can hire..how does that get you any bonus?
. You bragged to us about how much money you all make...so now pay up or shut down. >51% of this pilot group would rather see g4 fail than work for discounted rates with trash work rules. Where else can you go and get paid less, deal with trash work rules, and have a flight attendant boss tell you that you should accept less for the good of other people at work at allegiant? We don't need delta +1. Delta -1 plus industry standard work rules and I'm sure you could get a deal done.
