There’s going to be a lot of discussion the next few days about where this is headed. Just to be clear about how we got here: It all started to go wrong when they furloughed out of spite, and that was all senior management. And they were told it was a mistake and that it would cost Allegiant in the long run. And it has & we’ve never recovered.

Well there it is, finally. The only bright side now is there should no longer be any fence sitters passing up quick legacy upgrades, you're either updating the apps or going down with the ship. If anyone thought we had an attrition problem just wait until Q1. I bet we see downgrade classes before summer.

Exactly. And there has been zero culpability.

I know we're not supposed to negotiate in public but I will vote yes to anything the company proposes as long as it protects my right to have a beard. Anything short of full beard protection is a no vote for me.

I'll cancel that vote with a YES vote for Alaska pay or better! Oh, too bad there is nothing to vote on, right!?

I actually like the boat. Although I work on the mid-deck. If its north of Alaska and I don't get to vote on it, I'll be pretty ****y. I live close to port, and don't give two ****s about the folks who have commute.

I wonder if bases will close first or downgrades first.

Closing of the bases will cause downgrades and pilots are displaced. Even our small bases have some senior people.

Frontier will buy Allegiant first, then bases will close.

Didn't we just talk about this?

It's extremely unlikely Frontier is buying Allegiant. It would be a waste of money and is 180 degrees from their growth and business plan. It would not be be worth the trouble of a merger.
