The fact that so many damn Californian's have moved there, it's only make the city more expensive, and libtarded. I grew up in Dallas, and even if they opened a Dallas base, I wouldn't move back. Some people and ideals are like a pest/virus, and they have ruined a lot of nice Texas cities with all their woke sh****t. Austin was once a pretty cool place. It's now full of homeless people, and a bunch of blue haired SJWs.

Yea, it’s best just to ignore it. It’s become so ridiculous with the number of posts that have “blah blah woke this” or “libtard that” or “racist right” or “snowflake” or my personal favorite “patriot”. Certain people can’t make anything resembling civilized conversation these days without using these terms. It really does show a true lack of imagination and anything resembling rational thought. Seriously, based on the last 2 election results (whether you choose to acknowledge them or not) the number of left leaning folks in this country slightly outnumbers the right leaning, and only slightly, so regardless of how you feel on certain topics, if half the country feels the opposite, then maybe instead of calling them names, you should maybe try to understand their point and engage in serious conversation.

I have friends with strong opinions and ideals from both sides of the political isle. I just look at the facts, and as someone who lived in Texas his whole life no longer recognizes what he once called home. It's why I enjoy being based where I am based now with G4. It's still nice and quite, and although there are plenty "lefties" that believe in things that I don't agree with, yeah, we can still have civilized (sometimes heated) conversations and still have a beer.
I come from a country with much corruption, poverty, and many social programs many here want... I don't want that for this country. Many that ask for many things have no idea for what they're asking, and many should know better. Anyway, back to our regular scheduled program. Moving on people.

How is this conversation not civilized? Stating facts even if "strong" words not to your or anyone's taste are used doesn't dismiss facts. Austin has completely changed, housing is off the chain, a policies are affecting plenty of people that live there. Just because someone doesn't like the facts stated, or believes either "side" of politics is using talking points does not change the current facts. The mass exodus of Californians, and even New Yorkers to other more affordable doesn't change the fact that unfortunately many left their state for a better life, only to bring their same slanted political ideals that affect many that were enjoying a "quieter" more affordable way of living.

Abortion is a touchy subject and that is a topic that people will always have an issue with no matter what the law is, but it’s still possible to respect, or at least understand, the opinions of others on the subject without mud slinging and name calling.

Flying with some of these guys in Florida is like listening to the Dan Bongino show for a couple hours.

If conversation about woke libards bothers you, you probably aren't going to like working here. I'd say we have one of the most conservative pilot groups of any airline, and that's saying a lot. Well, except maybe for those snowflakes up in BLI.
