10/25 class base list
ABE 2
ATW 9
BLI 2
DSM 4
FNT 11
GRR 1
IND 2
LAX 1
There are 21 people in this class and whatever is left over will be offered to the 11/8 class (which is apparently smaller). As others on here have already mentioned, it definitely looks like they are trying to ensure staffing for ATW and FNT. Even if someone were awarded a different base during next month's bid, that award wouldn't take effect until April. Assuming 3 months in training, that would mean about 2 months in ATW or FNT.

So 8 is probably the max they can get through until they get caught up. There's probably also a bunch of no-shows they are covering for, because they will never admit that.
Rumor is that attrition in the bottom 1/4 of the seniority list is approaching 25%. HQ is buried in PRIA requests. Naturally, management and the training department deny this.

The training department has hit critical mass, and is about to detonate. Not enough instructors, not enough sims, not enough LCAs. This is what happens when you decide you're going to kick hiring and upgrades into high gear, while making $0 investment in the infrastructure. Instead, you just coerce everyone to work harder and cancel their vacations (then the instructors quit). It's the allegiant way.

Its not that high. Have a look at the Pilot Assistance website, there are seniority tools that show who is coming and going.
