Everybody says that, but there’s literally an oral prep study guide they give you when you show up. Sure training gives you plenty of time to learn it, but there’s certainly no harm in memorizing some of it before you show up.
I ran into the same pushback. It’s odd to me.
PM me your email address, and I’ll send it to you.

got the CJO
My interview experience was similar- Did the pre recorded interview, 48 hours later, got the One on One. Did the one on one. Literally 10 min after or less, I missed their call, was offered the job.
2500TT, 3 year regional FO, No releveant PIC, former Rotor guy from the Military.
I did my best to scour the form for Training information here at Allegiant. How straight forward or poorly organized is it? I really only heard a few comments on it. My current regional has issues, from very straightforward to intimidate you to failure type instructors...So inconsistent to say the least.
Looking to hold AUS hopefully one day, looking foward to the ride everyone.

Pretty standard (any failures? Any reason we couldn’t hire you?), and you get a minute to respond to each one with unlimited attempts to record your answer. Big ones (based on when I did it) are “Why Allegiant?” and “What value do you bring to Allegiant?”. If I remember correctly, the “what value” question was the only one where you had only one attempt, and 90 seconds, to provide an answer.

Allegiant video interview
Hello,
Last night I completed my pre-recorded 7 interview questions. This morning I had an invite to schedule a live video interview. I’m just curious how this went for you, and some of the particulars.
I’d really appreciate it,
Thanks in advance,
Adam
