Cool I am just weary because I don’t think I did so good and Maybe my interview will go well but probably won’t get the job offer because of the behavior test Maybe they look at you interview in conjunction with the behavior test who knows

This is pure speculation on my part as someone who works here but I suspect that, for the most part, G4 pilot recruitment only uses this behavior test against you if you do poorly at your in person interview and they decide to not hire you. The behavior test gives them “hard data” to point to in case of an unfair practices hiring lawsuit. They can argue in court that they were looking for pilots with more ABC traits at the time and you had too much XYZ or some variation to that effect.

You give them way too much credit. We all know they don't have that much foresight or sophistication. Allegiant style would be to tell them no and see them in court if they have the balls to take Maury on.

Question Not sure what they want!

The email says this. "Please complete the behavioral assessment at a minimum of 72 hours from receipt of this email."

That means wait 72 hours from the email. Seems odd. Do they want you to complete it fast or after 3 days of waiting?

Thanks!

Isn’t there more to the email instructions that just that? I recall that this behavioral test needed to be completed no later than 72 hours in advance of the interview. But mine was a few months ago so maybe it changed.

I'm sure they meant within 72 hours. Welcome to Allegiant, get used to this unique corporate speak where everyone at HQ tries to sound smart and competent, but have no idea what they're doing, because they have been made a manager of something with less than 2 months on the job.

Here is what my invite said in July

Please complete the behavioral assessment at a minimum of 72 hours before your interview. The assessment will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.”

The only word different is interview, but I’d suggest re-reading your email and read about the behavioral assessment. The interview was to be sent as an email with a link. Assessment needed to be done at least 3 days before that email was sent.

So, if you’re interview is on a Monday morning, have your assessment done before you go to bed on Thursday night.

Thumbs up Good News and Bad News

Good: I need a study guide!

Bad: I don't have a study guide.

Can someone send me the Allegiant stuff so I can get started?
