Not always. I’m a senior line holder and bid reserve occasionally because I want the month off… and I’m not BLI.

FL, good luck!

Been 5 weeks since video interview with nothing. Emailed at the 1month point and haven't received a response.

Do you have an ATP? Even if yes Id still say it's very unlikely, and truthfully, our training program while average is not designed or well suited for someone who has no 121/Turbine experience so you may want to consider that...

No, as far as hours you need:

1,500 hours of fixed-wing turboprop or turbofan time,
500 hours PIC in an aircraft categorized as an airplane,
1000 hours of fixed-wing multi-engine time.

It doesn’t hurt to try. I was on the really low side of preferred around 2500 TT no PIC no degree and I got the CJO. It’s not a “no” till it’s a “no”

Why do people say things like this? No, if you don't meet the published minimums, don't waste your and their time by applying! Reading and comprehension is part of the test. If you want to work here one day, don't blow your future chances by failing to RTFQ now.
