What makes you think May?

Upgrades were mentioned to be likely to take priority in March/April plus March madness/spring breaks making Mar/April busier flying months so less likely to do new classes

Management said last week at a PIE town hall that they hope to resume hiring late in the summer (July-August). They would prefer to run small classes of less than 10 once a month indefinitely. Attrition is currently 3% CAs and 6% FOs.

Maybe the 6% FO attrition is true but I have been at the same seniority for months now. Early 2016 hire.

The FO attrition is about 99% from the bottom of the list.

Hey guys. I posted this on another thread, but this one seems more active so I copied and paste.

When I completed the first assessment they send you after you apply, I never got a complete message or anything. It just went away and the Allegiant Community page popped up. I'm not sure if it went through. Did that happen with anyone else?

That happened to me, the general consensus among my class was that it's a failed assessment. Bad personality. I was able to get an interview by going to a meet and greet. Good luck

Huh. Well that sucks. Okay thanks Be nice if it said that and not just disappear. Will it tell you under your application status if they decide to turn you down because of the assessment? And how long to wait to apply if so? Thanks

I never got any further information until I went to the meet and greet a couple of weeks later. There was a couple of people there with the same situation.
