A chief pilot will call you at a predetermined time and will ask you why Allegiant, which base do you want and why, tell me about your work history, those types of things. Very straightforward and relaxed. It was about 20 mins or so.

Thanks. Hoping the phone interview goes welll but still a little on the fence but teetering more toward making the switch. Currently a regional captain but the prospect of getting grand Rapids would make my qol jumo dramatically.

You should have no problem getting GRR out of training.

So to answer the question
I’ve had a few people ask
The interview did not happen. After confirming on Wednesday the date and time, nobody called. Not even a “hey sorry, dude got busy what other time works for you” email
Zilch

They just want you to see what it's like actually working here. Now if they send you an email that begins with "Unfortunately" followed by a lame excuse of why they aren't going to do what they promised your experience will be complete.
