Probably Going with PSA
Thank you, Excargodog, tailendcharlie, squeaky greaser, and pipercub for your replies! They are much appreciated! I am likely going to go with PSA and just commute to DCA, DFW, or later CLT. I am thinking that it will be better because I'm scared of getting Equipment Locked on the 737 for 2 years and also it sounds like it could be a hard or long journey to get TYS. I don't want to move if I can help it and so I'll commute with PSA.
My end goal is to get International flying with United and I just want to get there ASAP as I'm sure a lot of people do. But do you guys hear or see people staying at a regional for a year, going to a LCC for an Airbus Type rating, and then the legacies call you up soon after? What does the attrition look like and what kind of movement have you guys seen? And any recommendations to get to United ASAP?
Thanks so Much!
