If you read through the Allegiant threads you'll see why this is not an easy question to answer....
You could get LAS right out of training or could end up waiting a year during which you'll possibly be stuck in a non-commutable base with a non-commutable schedule.
Making $4,000/mo. new hire pay.
It really would depend on your class & the previous class if there are FO openings in LAS and whether new-hires just senior to you pick those slots.
As far as LAS overall seniority - very senior with little movement. Very, very long timeframe to upgrade. Probably quite a wait as an FO to get off reserve.
Honestly Allegiant is not the airline of choice for those who want LAS....you're far better off with Southwest, Spirit, Frontier, or United. And I would still say that even if we did get a new contract, which is probably years away.

can you guys stop with the rhetoric already and just answer the question?
most junior captain is an august 2016 hire.
most junior FO is a Feb/march 2023 hire.
yes I want a TA too guys, but to answer questions with ambiguous answers, followed by the same tired rhetoric is getting obnoxious.

It’s all so transparent and childish frankly.

You’ve got RTAG folks who’ve given 5 years of their lives in service to our country & they’re doing a deep dive into Airline 101 & these guys want to tell them new-hires are getting LAS so it’s all good. There’s way more to it than that and they know better.

Every forum on here with active negotiations spreading doom and gloom. Once the TA is reached its all roses, come help us grow the list so my qol is better and pay are improve. Go look at WN’s posts and you’d think it was Allegiant circa 2013 with all the negativity. Ditto with AA. UA is slightly less negative. B6 is a country club.
It’s just obvious and transparent. If some RATG are making life and career altering decisions because of this anonymous forum then they need some professional coaching on how to make important decisions.

That would be this guy right here. The guy that was junior to me left for southwest, and the one junior to him is at Delta.
