We really need a min day rig for those low time trips. The base goes down to 1 airplane in the off season with some months only having 1-3 lines. I heard it’s an easy gig on reserve but you’d have to be content with min days off and min guarantee pay.

Yes but our management just told us that they aren’t able to schedule negotiating days every month or even every other month because we file to many grievances and they use the same staff to do both. So the delay is our own fault since we’re trying to hard to collect all of our pay on the industry’s bottom contract.
