it’s been generally available to new hires but your progression there will not necessarily be faster than somewhere else like LAS, BNA, etc since it’s been open awhile and is established. That said it’s been very successful so more planes could be added in the future and that could make a big difference.

very likely within 0-3 months, bidding to FNT and living near Lansing is probably better strategically though as you’ll have a better schedule in FNT sooner and be able to pickup open time and 200% trips in GRR as well as FNT. Do what you gotta do to stay off reserve.
