Because we opened new vacancies in IWA and several IWA FOs re-upgraded after being downgraded. Then all of the LAS FOs that were waiting on IWA were awarded IWA.

also some growth on the west coast with SAN, LAX, JAC, PDX and SNA new flying being staffed with LAS 4 leg pairings. Lots of vacancies were created in LAS for that this last spring and the spots were filled by recalled pilots from the east who were able to go back east with this award.

Fos. Going to be a long wait to hold sfb unless they grow the base which is doubtful.

Yes it's possible someday since it has been growing and there are now 30 departures a week out of there and only a few are seasonal.
