What’s the likelihood of getting TYS out of training for a next class (whenever that’ll be)? I’m swimming in the pool and TYS looks interesting to me. I am concerned about it being located so close to BNA and AVL. Is there much danger of it being closed? Also, is TYS a senior base? Thanks all....

After a year of the rona, who knows anything any more?
Before everything came crashing down, the bottom two captains in PIT and ABE were late 2016-early 2017 hires. That class was canceled. But you can be assured that PIT and ABE will stay junior. Keep in mind that we didn't hire for a year and a half between 2017 and 2019, so the DOH numbers are skewed. It's noteworthy that the current upgrade bid is trending more senior than before. It looks like more senior FOs who were comfortable in their seat before are looking to upgrade while they can.
Unlikely, but anything is possible. Moderate seniority.

Looks like BLV has been in talks to be a base. They filed for a grant with the small community air service development program (not sure how BLV being in the STL metro is small community). But they had in their application they have been in talks with Allegiant to be a base and have 7 markets they are targeting to add over 2 years (EWR/OAK/LAX/SNA/SAN/DEN/BWI) if they get the grant. Personally I figure they plan to do this anyway but are trying to get someone else to pay for it.
