Much healthier than SAV. They get very high fares out of there so basically a cash cow. However, its well established by now with no movement, and they have 16 CAS and 21 FOs which is very imbalanced. So unless something happens, like the base gets another aircraft or attrition picks up, it is unlikely you will very easily get it.

Would you expect some months or more likely a couple years to get to ATW? I understand you can't tell the future, but I value the opinions of those within the company as opposed to me flying totally blind.

Set the expectation that you won't get it for 2 years and you won't be disappointed. That is a very real possibility with the 737...

ATW is an 18 crew base. Most junior 5/24 hire. Like all bases if everyone there wants to stay it would take growth to move. No real growth announced the 737 in florida my grow florida a bit as they come one board. It is not known where if any extra airbus may go if replaced by 737.
