Alaska Air Hiring

The last one just closed last month, so my guesstimate (based on the last few rounds) is another window will open this fall.

I'm right there with you! I walked way from women in aviation feeling great and nothing. 6800 total time with 750 Tpic. Just keep plugging away!

Unrealistic. As a junior FO, the longest stretch you'll get off is five days in a row. That's as a reserve FO. Once you can hold a line, you could potentially bid for a stretch of days that back up to a stretch of days in the following bid. If this is that important to you, you might want to consider something like NetJets or an air ambulance type gig. Hope this helps!

To add to what Desert wrote, the minimum we have to fly each month is 75 to 78 depending on the month. You would have to be in the top half, if not top third to bid a line that is set up to essentially be 3 or 4 on/4 or 3 off each week and trade to cram almost 40 hours of flying into two 7 day periods. You might be able to do it on occasion, but you would be hard pressed to make it a monthly habit.
