Calls have been going out steady. Alaska is in a period of continual hiring for the time being. The calls are going out with about a month heads up to the interview. They are interviewing every month and running classes of 12 every 2 weeks. Once hired, you are in a pool, you will be called for a class date most likely within 2 months. It looks like this could be one of the biggest waves of hiring and growth Alaska has ever seen. It is a good time to get hired. They will keep calling people out of this last hiring window until they open up the next window. That could be when they get to the bottom of the stack or about 6 months, no telling when.
