Just spent an hour listening to the all pilot call. Managment clearly said there is no expectation of hiring in 2025. Possibly for Q4 2025 because that gets pilot on the line for summer 2025. Only if the BA issues get fixed and we can get aircraft. Hopefully, you've realized that this strike is probably going to drag on for 10 billion dollars with of Boeing stock, possibly 25 billion.
Also I find it amazing that as an SFO captain you've heard from every FO I've flown with that I complain all the time. Most of the FOs I'm flying with are senior to me and have a line in SEA. In fact I can not recall a time I've flown with an FO junior to me in the last few months.

Oh, I have seen the WhatsApp chats about you. To be fair that was only from one FO but the number of people that had comments were several. I have no issue with you as I don't personally know you, and I would fly with you tomorrow if the situation presented itself, but it is tiring how much you love the negative.

It is embarrassing. It's like you took an upgrade as soon as you could solely to complain. This is why you have a rep amongst FOs is that you do this stuff in the flight deck to a captured audience of one, all the time. There is plenty of stuff that needs work, and the work is never done, I fully acknowledge that. How many ALPA committees are you on? What are you really doing to enact change? To unify? Because by all accounts I have heard, you complain to every FO you fly with, and you come on forums to complain, and that is basically it.

You've are an entirely different base than I am. You don't know me at all. You've never flown with a single FO I have flown with. You're just making up things about me personally to discredit me. You just admitted it. Sorry for making you tired because I don't think we will hire. It was confirmed by the Q3 call anyway.

It's pointless to discuss hiring where I work when someone who has never met me or likely even flown with someone that has met me keeps trying to paint me as a terrible captain. If that's the best you've got, you've got nothing of substance to contribute.
