Yes they (and other airlines that use the copy and paste resume format) are aware of the display issues. Don't waste any effort trying to format it, just copy and paste and move on.

I decided to create a "simple text format" resume to copy and paste. No fancy formatting, just pertinent info seperated by <enter> key, all left side aligned. I made the resume in notepad and just copy/pasted it into the resume section. It looked the same as it did in notepad. I hope it works. Would have loved to upload a .pdf of my resume. I've spent a lot of time making it look pretty. Oh well, save it for the career fairs I guess... Good luck everybody!

I have a few Letters of Recommendation from some AAG pilots, but did not see anywhere to upload those. did anyone else see where these can be submitted?

Just applied using Google Chrome. No issues during the application process. I also went plain text when pasting the resume. No issues either.

I also got that email today. I looked at the application # and it was the same number as the application I just filled out yesterday.

They probably specifically waited a day to send out that email so their system didn't get rushed the moment the window opened. I got it too, about 18 hrs after I applied.

The email I got today regarding reapplying said, "Please note, we recognize there will not be an option to upload attachments during this process. Any letters of reference can be presented in person, should you be contacted for an interview."

So there you go.
