Initial Phone Interview

Can anybody clarify the initial phone interview? Is it simply a basic background/resume review (no real prep) or more in-depth? Just doing my homework.

If it is after a meet and greet, its literally just scheduling the in person in SEA.

Sure. Just submitted my application about a week ago and waiting (under review). I'm lower time. ~2000TT, 1009 Turbine and 473 Turbine PIC. Currently fly a Hawker 900XP for a 135 operation. Not sure if they'll look at me, but I'm trying to understand the process.

When I was in the school house recently I thought I had heard them say they were going to hold off new classes through March to try and get people caught up. But I could be wrong, and things change here daily.
