Agreeing OTZ- attrition fell off a cliff with just the mere rumor of this TA. Now that's it has passed expect to see sub 10/m leaving. Post TA I've heard from multiple pilots asking for recs. Just my thoughts, we will see in the coming months who's right.

Hi, I’m an OO FO, about 200 hours in the jet 1700 TT, do you guys think it would be worth it to go to the MTC in Vegas on the 10th or just keep my head down, pick up more trips and keep grinding. I think that management thinks highly of people who go out of their way to hear them out and Alaska would be my ending destination. What do you all think, what should I do?
