There’s a difference between cheerleading and not complaining and just doing one’s job and going home, without berating a FOs decision to be here, why they don’t apps out, or why they haven’t left yet. That’s the kind of bitter resentment I don’t partake.

We can argue this to death and all try to be “right” about whether this place sucks or not. It’s a meaningless fight. No two pilots will have the same experience working for the same airline. I don’t think we have to get lost in arguing the merits of how an individual forms an opinion about how (un)happy they are at work. The picket and strike vote turnout show overwhelmingly that pilots here want change and maybe we should focus on that consensus instead of getting into ****ing matches over who thinks this place sucks the most.
