Huh? That many hires and no planes? Let's do some figures:
56 aircraft on property now, with 65 scheduled on property by the end of the year.
16.5 crews per aircraft (65 x 16.5) = 1072 pilots. We have roughy 980-1000 pilots in the hopper now. So need roughly 70 more. Factor in the 10 or so retirements and attrition (if any) and average about 10 pilots per class until the end of the year. Sounds about right?

I received an online assessment after creating a profile, but was on a trip and couldn't complete it at the time. When I went back to do it, my profile is "Applied" and I can't get to the exam. Looks like it went in without a completed assessment.
Anybody have a similar experience? Ideas? Probably kick myself in the head till next round.
