Haven't heard anything. They are being very quiet about the LGA slots.
If we are able to use them, I would assume that it would become part of the New York base. You would have to report to JFK, EWR, or LGA to start and end your trips.
Since we can't do trans-cons out of LGA, they have to get gate space in ORD or DFW or FL to handle whatever we do out of LGA.

An excellent source that's been spot on with any information passed to me. It was later reconfirmed from another highly reputable source. It is my understanding that it's partly for attrition, which means the rest is to cover an increase in flying.
