Possibly, but probably not. 
I took it and was certain I was the dumber than a houseplant when I was all done. Still wound up getting the long app a week or so after talking to a recruiter in Chicago so the results couldn't have been THAT bad.
Things didn't progress beyond that point but that's ok.
Point being, I think everybody who takes that test probably does better than they thought.
And even if they don't, just the act of not quitting and moving on to the personality bit probably shows most of what VX is trying to learn about you from it.
Don't spend another second worrying about it.
