It's not about the "guarantee" as much as it's about allowing me to earn a bonus based upon things you and I can control. For instance fuel burn, pushing on time and not bending metal.

I waste more money on coffee than the QIP pays out, but considering we are the lowest paid Airbus pilots in the industry every little bit helps us inch, slowly, closer to standard.

Stop selling yourself so short and working more than everyone else for such a reduced rate.

Hell no! I'm riding this ****hole into the ground. Somebody has to stick around and hold you morons accountable. You and your lack of self worth will only continue to further degradate this industry. Plus when I run into fools like you I have the opportunity to educate you, help you understand why you are worth so much more than the piddly wages your earning now. Especially considering you and I go so far above and beyond the majority in this industry, treating the guests as they deserved to be treated.

Incidentally Music, that hundred was earned by my crew and I as we were hung out to dry by HQ with ZERO guidance during the crash. Virgin was far from stellar during that time.

Taxed or not that's the least the company could do, not required but definitely earned.

You have some serious misplaced and misguided anger issues, bro. Be angry at management, not your coworkers. I have never been a kool-aid drinker and have always been a pilot advocate. I'll let my past speak for itself and those on here that know me personally can attest to that.

First, I have never proclaimed to be Chuck Yeager. Somehow you elevated me to that status. You and I both know real well that applying for and switching airlines isnt as easy as getting a job working the grill at McDonald's.

I don't agree with your statement that I have no self worth and am actively degrading the industry by working here, but I will play ball for a minute and let's assume that I am doing what you opine. I have been here 18 months now. You say you aren't leaving because you are sitting in a good spot. Well that would mean that you have been an active participant in degrading the industry much longer than I have. So you really aren't any different than the rest of us here in that sense, are you? So it would seem to me that the real person you should be angry with is yourself. Which is probably the case but you just like to blame everyone else for your troubles. If that makes you feel better about yourself, then have at it. I prefer banging my girlfriend but to each his own I suppose. Regardless, I refer you back to my post about the epitome of hypocrisy.

Also, I do have to give you props for insulting me by comparing me with shy. That actually made me chuckle so kudos to you.
