Roost is correct. Every other airline is growing and offers more career potential to a new hire. We offer career stagnation!

There's a bunch of people getting hired without tpic. I'm learning the hardest part about getting an interview is making it through the assessment test successfully.

Totally bombed it. Which is kinda funny because I passed the Delta battery of tests to get hired at Compass. #notvxmaterial.

I knew a great guy that interviewed and was not hired at VX, and then got the Delta interview through the SSP and was hired at Delta. I think that kinda thing happens both ways.

Where's this 319 rumor coming from? Is it just because they ordered 10 321s which is also the same number of 319s we have? Or is there something more concrete?

I've heard it directly from DC in recurrent last year. He said that they are not in the "long term fleet plan". But who knows, if fuel stays cheap and the leasing company offers a great deal to extend the lease we may keep them around for awhile ..
