I was at WAI and spoke with a very nice lady who was standing behind the counter (she was a pilot). Do you know what the process is? do they put those resumes into a pile? or...

Today I heard of at least 1 person who only applied within the past two months and has received the drug test email. It's third hand info but checks out okay.
I really wish hiring here wasn't such a super secretive process. I know a few really good guys who are trying to get on here and it's frustrating not having any info to tell them.
