It's hit or miss depending on how big the interview pool is and what not. I know that they've recently started calling people for interviews, but those guys have had applications in since last year.

2014 Profit Sharing
Some nice news today, $14.4M in the profit sharing pool and everyone will get 9% of their 2014 "eligible" income for PS (this time).
For a 7 year capt who doesn't work too hard (avg 75/month) works out to just under $14k. Probably the last time we'll see those numbers since this year's formula (for payout next year) takes about $1M off total profit for each a/c on property (for PS determination, not real profit, i.e., say real profit is $100M and there are 58 a/c; $100M - $58M = $42M. $42M is soft number used in PS formula)

Can anybody there suggest competitive quals of those getting the call recently? I am a lower time guy but meet the minimums and applied in the most recent window.
I have a couple of friends who had interviewed there last year who told me that there were a few pilots with similar experience hired last year, and without TPIC. Just curious if I still have a shot.
I am looking forward to speaking with Virgin at WIA next month as well!
