Wow! congrats guys! Significant!!! Take a look... I entered in your new rates into my charts, but purposely chose not to sort the data so you can see where you stand against the rest, as well as compare to where you were before. I'll resort you in a week or so.

Increase in 401k to 12% total.
First 7.5% is 125% matching on pilot's 6% contribution.
Remaining 4.5% is automatic and doesn't require pilot contribution (so if you contribute 0 you still get 4.5%). And, the 4.5% doesn't count toward IRS limits, so it's more like a DCP but within the existing 401k.
Profit sharing formula now based on pure earnings, no algebraic formula based on earnings + longevity (that they capped at 3 years last year).
Won't stop the upcoming(?) card drive, but may reduce some numbers.
I don't think anyone expected this!

Yes, all regionals pay for a hotel. How could anyone afford to go to a regional if they had to pay for hotels during training. $20,000 first year pay and then 1/5th of your first year pay would go to a hotel room during training. Outside of the lovely world of regionals, paying for your own room during training is quite the norm. Have fun dude.

Congrats on the pay raises. The restructurings and IPO have put the airline on pretty solid footing. And from looking at your monthly reports, Q4 should be impressive - I estimate that your load factor will be up from 4Q2014 by almost 3%.
