Seems like it's pretty standard in that it's basically pay only. No improvements.
The upside is that JCBA where we will all get a pony. Or if the merger fails it extends us less than a year to when openers would be anyhow.
Don't really see any downside here. Although the theme of no work rule improvements isn't encouraging.

TTail failed to mention that Hawaiian’s 321 rates are about $20 less per hour on the Captain side and over $10 on the FO than those proposed Alaska rates.
It won’t be hard to convince some HAL pilots that pay parity is the best they can hope for in a JCBA.

I'm much more concerned about getting the 330 and 787 payrates up to Delta/United/American during the JCBA. Those are pretty big numbers and I don't know how Alaska Management is going to feel about that.

In what world (other than maybe Hawaii Public schools) is $9.57 "almost" $20, and $4.08 "over" $10?

Who cares how management "feels". The precident has been set that rates are the same as the big 3. We fought hard for that (and scope) this last contract.
