YMMV.... 3 years of FO-ing at SEA and there's only one guy who I wouldn't want to fly with again. That's way better than previous airlines. If other bases are even more chill, then I'm all for it.

I hope they just update their policy to allow beards, but if they don't, the company will absolutely make it happen. They will simply pull the beard wearers off their trips without pay until shaving happens. Nobody who is smart enough to fly airplanes over the ocean is dumb enough to die on that particular hill.

I'd like to have the option to grow a beard too Hopefully they decide to allow it, but remember, they are only as "woke" as they think they need to be to make money. They aren't progressive or conservative, their are only ideology is chasing $$.
