You can supplement disability payments with sick leave up to 85 hours per month.

If you are out 60 days or more you are eligible for rapid re-accrual. Basically get half of what you use back in a secondary bank to use if you exhaust your primary bank.

I’m all for the higher accrual but the penalty deal can die on the vine.

What is the total max balance for sick? Thanks!

1000. There are provisions for payout at retirement based on your bank. 499-1000 is 100% payout. 300-499 is 50% and less than 300 is 25 percent. This is a new feature. Hoping it’s just 100% regardless of balance by the time I retire.

The Southwest MEC's TA summary actually does an awesome job comparing contracts of all the major airlines. I've been using it as my main source for comparing AS and HA. I'll upload it when I get to my computer again

well don’t read the disability section. They got that completely wrong for Alaska. We do not have a 180 elimination period.

Yeah, take third-party comparisons with a grain of salt.

You realize that half the info on HAL in that summary is wrong?
