Does anyone have any information regarding the amount of pilots in each base?

In the meantime, we will still need to deal with their terrible decisions and leadership! They continue to waste more money by pushing their agendas such as the Airbus Philosophy of OEM, FO's command pushback, FO's taxing, Captains required to preflight, and the like. The good news is AS doesn't allow any of this nonsense which is why they are profitable!
UNITY!
There is hope. We should have sea gliders shortly. I think upper management should spend a few more $$$million investing in that. Seems like a good financial time to do it.

I'd have no problem if we were talking 2001-2019 experience levels in the cockpit. But todays FO, with 2000hrs, barely any jet time, and ear buds in all day..... I don't want to babysit anymore. My kids are grown.
If the company came out and said " on and FO taxi leg, if they should happen to turn too fast off a snow covered rwy, it'll be on them. " That would be nice.
HA needs to realize, we have been a VFR airline for eternity. Anybody can make it look good when it's 10sm, clear and dry everyday. We'll see how it goes when we actually start doing things in real weather for once. Our management team has already shown when things get tough they fold like a deck of cards.

No regional or major 121 carrier in the U.S. has provisions for the FO to taxi that I am aware of. Hell, a lot of airplanes don't even have a tiller on the right side.
