No hotels for reserves.

Also don't the trips have to qualify for lineholders? Get in after 10PM? Or start before 7AM?

There are hotels for RSV's. It's trip driven. So all the same qualifiers for bid block holders apply to RSV's once assigned a trip. Anything that duties out 10p or later, duties in 7a or earlier or 2 trips with 16 hrs in between trips qualify. This is off the top of my head and haven't reviewed the MOU lately, so if there's any innaccuracies I apologize!

Seems unrelated. No bearing on the DOJ and merging of companies from the naked eye. If it passed what would be the difference…?

heard one of the conditions might be that we get rid of the dog biscuits from HNL cookie company in order to get approved. The DOJ feels that consumers should be served cookies that are soft and warm.

no bearing on DOJ, but Alaska could have asked the DOJ to ask for an extension for this reason. A decision before could have altered the vote. Alaska would rather the FAs continue to work under the old contract, while they negotiate the JCBA. This is more beneficial to the company instead of negotiating from the basis of a new better contact.

Front line employees always inflate how much they impact business decisions.
