Current TOS narrowbody rates:

Alaska: $266
AA: $278
Delta:$274
UA: $283
Southwest: $274
JetBlue: $283

If Alaska came into negotiations at $266 and the other majors just match Alaska pay rates, TOS increases 13.1%, which would look like this:

Alaska: $306/$330
AA: $314/$342
DL: $309/$337
UA: $320/$349.5
Southwest: $309/$337
JetBlue: $320/$349.5

With Alaska’s me too clause, it’ll take the $306 rate to $314 at year 1 and $343 year 3. That’s the minimum to expect because there’s no way DL and UA accept anything less than $320 year 1 with narrowbody.

So is the Delta rate also the average up conveniently left out the 321 NEO pay bump at Delta one would reckon if the Max ever arrives it’ll also pay the same rate as NEO.

LAX doesn't have it currently, but there used to be a Guadalajara and I think Mexico City all-nighter turn. It was before my time... point being made, I think, is that the company can add them at any time to help with this exemption, if they chose to. I'm not sure how it would work out with ALPA building the trips, if they would be able to avoid those.

You’re right. It’s $286 at Delta, and your TA clearly states that it’s based on Group II rates at AA or for a 737-900. So their first year rate should be $323.46 and at year 3 should be around $354. My point is Alaska rates may seem low now, but these raised up the bar across the industry, and no matter what, you won’t be top of scale but you won’t be bottom scale either. You’ll be right in the middle. At the end of the day, you’ll be the 6th largest airline making about the same amount as someone in the big 3.

Pretty sure I saw in the workrules that there isn’t going to be another leg after a WOCL leg allowed anymore so the Mexico City turns would be illegal. If the first leg touches 0200-0459, there can’t be another leg after

Is there a min day clause if you fly into your day off? Average Daily Guarantee gets divided by total days. If you had a 2 day blocked at 13hrs. Flying into your off day the 5:15 gets averaged over 3 days so total pay 15:45. Doesn’t work out to 5 extra hours.

An option exists for Pilots to accept 200% for the duty period(s) that extends into a day(s) off, or five hours pay only per day(s), whichever is greater.

Isn't that only for reserves (whose "days off" are defined differently)?

Yup. SWAPA would say we get $282.25/hr now.
