Is AS a destination airline now?

My take so far...
Pay (total comp): Maybe close to SWA but not past.
Schedule/QOL: Likely better than SWA. Still need to see the actual language, and let 3300 people play devil's advocate with that. I'm pretty sure the union already worked that over very, very thoroughly so not expecting many loopholes. But we'll see.
I think AS pilots will have perhaps more flexibility to trade between $ and QOL than SWA.

Outside looking in, there's a reason I left AAG. I found better elsewhere. Found better QOL, room for me to fly more than just narrow bodies, and still live in PNW with no issues. I still don't see this TA making the necessary improvements after all the other legacy carriers have their contracts finished. It just brings it up to the standard that was 2015. Just my perspective and experience.
The reward for going first might be finishing it before the economy changes the landscape. But that's hypothetical (very real hypothetical), so I guess it will come down to personal risk tolerance. Younger guys might be OK suffering under status quo for a couple more years until the economy comes back and the pilot shortage goes back into full afterburner. Older guys might just want to lock it in.
I would not have minded if the vote closed AFTER the midterms. I wonder why 1 Nov was the selected as the retro cutoff

No junior assignment, no flying into Days off, no flying into vacation. If by accident you fly into a day off dues to delay or cancellation/200% for that day or min of 5 hours. Now if you fly into a vacation day for the same reasons, 200% the whole trip and the vacation day moved to another day. Sitting in the jumpseat the No junior manning every SW pilot w oh of take at this point

Looks like he/she is mixing reassignment and JA processes. I could be wrong but if your canceled out of domicile you have to be reassigned back to domicile at some point. A delay or dh could be considered a non reassignment but usually not a cancellation.
