…because we never had a “snap-up.” It was a pathetic attempt at maybe potentially being average. And when this pilot group shoots for average, it always ends up below.

Pretty sure they also didn’t realize relying on others to bump your pay with too many contractual stipulations is not a good idea. A snap-up is what Delta has. This fun nugget was just good enough to fool a bunch of…fools.

Second, I am part of the union. Lastly, I’ll fully respect this pilot group when they show they deserve it. I’m sure that hurts your feelings but you’ll be alright.

ALPA is expecting to snap up “all the way” regardless of who, what, where has a new contract because “that was the intent” and the Company is realizing that all the departures (Pilots leaving) will dictate such move. I guess time will tell and we should know in September (or earlier)?!
