Seems like Average daily guarantee should be a minimum daily guarantee. Though the summary language states each day will get 5:15, the name seems to suggest that the trip must average at least 5:15 a day. Hopefully contract language is crystal clear on that.
Also, on page 4 of the summary they repeat the retro paragraph with the only difference being the word (two-month). If that is the level of scrutiny the contract language was written with we are in trouble.

Yes, read the TA cover to cover several times, attend road shows, listen to podcasts, have cordial discussions in the cockpit, and ask questions. The last two TA road shows (‘09 & ‘13) reminded me of your average commander’s calls. The CCs were smooth-articulate talkers but presented no real substance, at least that was my take away. I’m sure our current MEC and negotiators are big improvements compared to the predecessors. Objective preferred with little to no subjective matters, please.

Doesn't make sense for a lot of people, but one of the highest if not the industry highest. With the new work rules you could use your vacation (as little as a week of days) and only work 6-7 days that month. Easy to figure out when you call a rep and ask for a detailed description.
PBS isn’t bad once you understand how the logic works…
