I have received a warning, if I don’t play nice, I might get permanently banned from APC. But yes, I will be there to watch the show. 🥃🥃🥃🍿🍿🍿
by the way 23 people have privately messaged me they are voting for the TA… not one no yet🤔
Our MEC had unprecedented polling numbers, they knew what the same 80% of adults wanted, remember you can’t fix crazy!

Maybe the ALPA “sell” job at the roadshows will change my mind but right now, I am a “no” vote. Some of these new work rules may seem like improvements on paper but depending on the specific verbiage could end up being concessions. Maybe some Delta pilots could chime in on how they like NavBlue. From what I am hearing, it isn’t a very good program. Don’t Delta pilots get paid 200% for a premium pick up? Why is ours only under Severe Irregular Operations and other “special” circumstances? With PBS we will essentially be losing our ability to conflict bid our vacation days. Why is it not in writing that vacation day availability must be equally dispersed throughout every month of the year? The DOS rates and retro pay are unacceptable but what may water them down even farther is the “snap up” language. So if a any of the comparator pilot groups (Delta, United, American, Southwest, JetBlue) languish in achieving an improvement in payrates, the average is pulled down? And maybe I am reading this incorrectly but there is only one snap up per year. The snap up should be instantaneous when a new contract is signed and should only incorporate the top 2 or 3 of those 5 companies that have achieved a new contract. We should be snapped up to the top. There is much more to dissect here but from what I am seeing, the “Alaska Discount” is alive and well in this TA. GMAFB!
