Leaning towards yes. If Jetblue or SWA comes out with something that blows this up in a week I might change my mind. But it is industry leading at this point.

Please don't use the word scab on here for anyone who has not PROVED themselves to actually be a scab. I have had the misfortune to fly with many scabs, and I would never call anybody that unless it were real.

Default TA is here

As an outsider looking in., I’m curious, why are the raises not unilateral? Maybe I’m reading it wrong.

Isn't it in September 2025, three years from now, that they'll break $400? At that time, IF the TA passes, we'd be at $330, and negotiating again.

In any case, apples and oranges. UPS does not fly narrow bodies.

Industry leading because we’re the first ones out of the gate. It will be short lived and pretty soon, we will be the bottom feeders just as we have always been. Not only is this airline a stepping stone major-regional but we always seem to be the stepping stone for other pilot groups. The ‘09 and ‘13 contracts were prime examples. From just reading the executive summary, it appears that we have caught up to industry average in work rules in many areas. Remember post 9/11, when our pilot group was the highest paid? Why do you think that was? It was short lived when Kasher ruined it for us and all h*ll broke loose. We always shoot for industry average but can’t even quite get there, mainly because we just don’t have the cajones. Read the entire TA when it comes out and watch/attend a road show, then decide for yourself. The bad outweighs the good for me thus far but I will withhold my final judgment until I am fully educated. What smells like a turd, looks like a turd…………

Are you sad Bro? Sorry maybe we can find you a safe space to talk about how bad Alaska airlines is. I heard from a FA, that her aunts brothers dog said, “Delta is gonna get $500 an hour to fly the MAX 10’s, with 40% 401k and guaranteed 26 days a month off. ALASKA SUCKS!
