I agree. Reading between the lines, sounds like they are more or less willing to move forward with an AIP but wanna stress test the economics of the company's proposal to make sure that there isn't anything that could turn around and bite us in the arse.

It’s done. NC has achieved everything they have asked for… are we now going to try and move the goal posts or are we just scared to TA it? Yeah, look at it this weekend, what is up… put it out to a vote. This is the first time I have been disappointed in the NC, what are you afraid of!
