I agree. Get a fitting. The sizing on the uniform pants is way off from what I usually wear. The pants are extremely slim fit. Outside of work, I sometimes wear trim fit pants and I wore skinny jeans till they went out of fashion a few years ago, trust me when I say these new uniform pants are extra tight. The regular size uniform pants felt like they were going to burst at the thigh and butt. I had to step up to the husky boy size.

A word on jackets and coats... For the initial uniform kit, the company will pay for one coat. Go big. Get one of the winter options. The transition jacket only costs $30. Buy the transition jacket on your own or buy it with the $200 uniform credit that's coming in November.

Upside being $200 a year for pants and shirt replacements.

The prior Horizon guys I've talked to said they hold up just fine. I know change is hard and I'm not a fan of the new look necesarily but I honestly don't care if the company is paying.

I have already received my kit… not impressed. Will definitely be spending extra to have everything tailored to fit my chiseled concrete and steel dad bod.
The materials are thin and will show every speck and stain, probably won’t hold up as well as M&H and just as uncomfortable.

HAL’s are like silk. Especially the pants.

I was told in the fitting that they will cover the alterations if needed. Might have been bad intel though

My Horizon uniforms held up the same as my M&H.

The current pants we have are not my favorite. Fabric ripping and sticking out of the pockets day 1, belt loops ripping, weird wedgie making "stretch" material. Discoloration on day 2 of a trip and bizarre staining until they're washed if you get rain on them. Good riddance.
