Yep, my LCA buddy confirmed as much. Additionally, I have a friend in the July 23 class, he received no letter canceling or postponing his CJO.
I asked somebody with VIP in his job title TODAY about SFO closing and he laughed and said that hasn't even been discussed. But that won't stop OTZ from spreading BS.

AA was meant to get 26 aircraft delivered by May. 24 MAX and 2 787.
They've only seen 2 deliveries: 2 MAX 8s. Hope that Boeing can get it's stuff together. If so we will see hiring resume. Likely behind the power curve hiring similar to 2021-23.

I hope the deliveries tick back up for everyone as well. I wonder where we are at in deliveries. I know we have taken way more.

MAX 7 and 10s won't be available until 2 years after the completion of the engine cowl redesign. Just for the paperwork with the FAA. If the merger goes through the SLI process could well be finished before there is a MAX 10 on our certificate.

So, have you been able to get a copy of that email that was sent out to all the Pilots with CJOs for UA from the guy you know??
Here is a portion of the info that was sent out to all of us yesterday from the Inside guy that apparrently doesn't know classes have been cancelled for the rest of the year. (even though he is the guy in charge of Manpower)
"For our narrowbody fleets, we are offering 40 B737 Captain positions in San Francisco and 30 B737 Captain positions in Newark. San Francisco forecasts significant B737 growth over the next year, increasing the need to grow the base to keep pace with expected demand. Newark is also expecting B737 growth on the horizon (albeit at a lower rate) with the opportunity for an increased crew count to keep pace with anticipated demand. For our Airbus fleet, 15 Captain positions are offered in Chicago and 10 in Houston. First Officer positions are available across both narrowbody fleets with an emphasis on seat-balancing across bases and for new hire pilots with classes resuming in July."
When you get a copy can you please post the email (or the critical parts at least) that lets us all know that all the new hire classes are cancelled at UA! Not saying that can't happen, just saying it didn't happen yet, so your gaurantee from post 1803 seems wrong. (despite who you know)

His rumors have the same performance as an max t/o weight MAX-10 at DEN on a hot summer day
