Hey Mike, we get it. You want this to pass. What do you have, 1 year left? You're like a car warranty caller. Relax.
For those of us under 60 and will be stuck with this , there's major issues. Improvements, but major issues. After listening to the detailed podcasts, it still doesnt settle the weak retro, few vacaton days, reserve days off. (WN gets 15), and pay not exceeding inflation. There's many great improvements, but trimmings, not main course.
This is the best conditions ever to negotiate ALL the sections: pilots quitting, 95% vote.
Dont settle people. You deserve better.
Hold fast

But in short: LCN will be limited, at least 10% of reserve lines, so it's kind of like current LCR... often not available to all reserves and will likely go senior.
How much LC gets converted will depend on their needs, it's not in their interest to just convert every LC for no reason. Holidays, IROPs... more conversion. Severe clear in Oct, less conversions. So hopefully you won't be on a short leash unless you really need to be.

Please. Alaska pilots look at these two Einsteins who think they’re geniuses calling out a retired pilot who isn’t behind a the username they think it is, and base your votes around them. A couple of class acts.

TIL Cordova is a city in Alaska but also a persons last name who retired years ago. So two troll accounts keeps calling the guy by the name of the retired guys name and think they’re super h4x3rs doxxing people, and expect people to think their arguments are valid.
