Well yes I am content here. If I wasn't content, my app would be in at DL, UA, or AA. What do you think I'd do, stay here and endlessly moan and complain about all things Alaska? Doesn't sound like a positive healthy thing. If you aren't content here, leave and go make yourself happy at the carrier you envision happiness. And I don't mean you personally, the you to whoever is still pis$ed post Sept 1st payraise or just POed at all things Alaska.

So how do we talk about things we'd like to see change without being told: "If you don't like it leave?

Oh wait. We don't.

To answer your question, the fine line is when it becomes incessant. The same talks before the contract, the same talks after the contract, and then again during negotiations. Rinse/repeat.

You think you can stifle the complaining by calling it out? LOL.

It makes sense that he thinks it's possible based on his posts.

I know, I know: "Thinking hurts the team."

Something said by a AK Capt probably over 25 years ago.
It's actually, "Thinking weakens the team."

I asked my block rep some questions about the LOA thing and he had nothing because he said ALPA had nothing to do with it.

In this case Leave of Absence instead of Letters of Agreement.
